KONNEQTD is a social community app for fitness studio members, designed for adult users to connect with other people who train at the same gym. KONNEQTD has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, and is committed to protecting all users — especially minors — from abuse, exploitation, and inappropriate contact.
Age requirement
KONNEQTD is not directed at children. During account setup, users self-report their date of birth, and the date-of-birth selector only allows selecting an age of 16 or older. KONNEQTD does not knowingly allow use by, or collect data from, children under this minimum age.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly prohibited on KONNEQTD. This includes, but is not limited to: sharing or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any attempt to use the platform to contact or exploit a minor.
In-app reporting and blocking
KONNEQTD provides built-in tools so users can protect themselves and report concerning behavior at any time, directly from any user's profile:
- Report: Users can report another user's profile, selecting a reason (e.g. inappropriate behavior, fake profile/spam, or other). Reports are recorded and reviewed.
- Block: Users can block another user at any time. Blocking is enforced at the backend level — once blocked, the two accounts can no longer exchange messages, send Connect requests, or see each other in Discovery, regardless of any prior connection.
Response to violations
We review reports of CSAE and other safety violations and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, restricting or terminating the account involved, and — where legally required — reporting the matter to the relevant law enforcement authority or agency (e.g. NCMEC, where applicable).
