KONNEQTD users can permanently delete their account and the personal data associated with it, directly from within the app, at any time.
How to delete your account
- Open the KONNEQTD app.
- Go to Profile and open Settings.
- Tap Account.
- At the bottom of the Account screen, select "Account löschen" (Delete account).
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and the data listed below are permanently deleted.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your KONNEQTD account / authentication record
- Your profile data (name, date of birth, gender, bio, training preferences, privacy settings)
- Your profile photo and any other uploaded photos (storage files)
- Your gym / home-gym association
- Your check-in data
- Your Connect requests and Connections
- Your conversations and messages
- Your notifications
- Your push notification token(s)
- Blocks and reports associated with your account
- Any other personal data associated with your account
What happens to your data
Account deletion permanently removes the account and associated personal data. KONNEQTD does not retain a separate account after deletion.
